1. Nature of Preorder Services
Ultimate Kicks offers specialized Automatic Checkout (ACO) services for highly anticipated sneaker releases. By submitting a preorder, you are securing a slot for our team to attempt a checkout on your behalf using our proprietary tools and infrastructure.
2. Success Rates & Guarantees
While we utilize world-class bots and servers to maximize your chances, a preorder is a request for a service attempt, not a 100% guarantee of a physical product.
3. Failure Policy
If our team is unable to secure your requested item during the release, you will be notified immediately.
4. Refund of Deposit
In the event of an unsuccessful checkout, your preorder deposit will be fully refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days following the conclusion of the release.
5. Finality of Successful Orders
Once a preorder checkout is successful and the item is secured, the sale is FINAL.
6. Forfeiture Policy
If we successfully secure your pair and you change your mind for any reason, you forfeit the $25.00 deposit, and no refund will be issued.
7. Address Locking
To prevent fraud and ensure delivery, the shipping address provided at the time of the preorder cannot be changed once the release window has opened.
8. Stripe Security
All preorder transactions are handled via Stripe; we do not see or store your payment card numbers or sensitive financial data on our servers.
