• Stripe Ecosystem: All credit/debit card transactions, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are processed through Stripe’s secure, encrypted infrastructure. Stripe has been a trusted leader in global payments since 2010. We do not store or see your full credit card details.
• PayPal & Cash App: We accept PayPal and Cash App for your convenience. When using these methods, you agree to provide accurate verification (such as your $Cashtag or PayPal email) to ensure your order is processed correctly.
• Authorized Transactions: By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. Any attempt at a fraudulent chargeback or "unauthorized transaction" claim will result in a permanent ban from our platform and community Discord.

3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
• Processing Time: While we aim for rapid fulfillment, processing times may vary based on sneaker availability and demand.
• Shipping Carriers: Once an item is handed over to a carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS), the risk of loss and title for the item passes to you.

4. Community Conduct (Discord)

Our community is built on mutual respect.

• Access to our Discord server is a privilege, not a right.
• We reserve the right to remove any user who engages in harassment, scamming, or disruptive behavior.
• Sharing your personal data within the Discord is done at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ultimate Kicks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. We provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
