At Ultimate Kicks, we strive to get your sneakers to you as quickly and securely as possible. We utilize trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery of every order.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Flat Rate Shipping: We offer a straightforward $15.00 Flat Rate Shipping fee on all standard domestic orders.
  • Transparency: This rate is applied at checkout and covers professional packaging and secure handling of your footwear.

3. Processing & Lead Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for available inventory are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Preorders: Please note that preordered items have unique lead times based on release dates and arrival to our facility. Specific estimates are provided on the individual product pages.
  • Business Hours: Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Physical Addresses Only: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Verification: Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery. Orders submitted with restricted address types may be cancelled and refunded.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • Real-Time Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent immediately.
  • Delivery Estimates: While we process orders rapidly, final delivery times vary based on your geographic location and the carrier's current volume.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Liability: Ultimate Kicks is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently reported as lost or stolen.
  • Assistance: While we are not liable for these instances, we will gladly assist you in providing the necessary documentation to file a formal claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Damaged Items: If your shipment arrives with significant physical damage, please contact us immediately to initiate a carrier investigation.
